PURPOSE: A multi-stepped energy recovery circuit is provided to simplify the configuration of circuit by generating a multi-stepped driving waveform using one driving circuit. CONSTITUTION: A circuit comprises a resistance(R) connected between a panel capacitor(Cp) and a ground terminal(GND), first to fourth inductors(L1-L4) having different inductance value, first and second switches(S1,S2) connected in parallel between an external capacitor(Cex1) and first to fourth inductors(L1-L4), a switch unit(40) connected between first and second switches(S1,S2) and first to fourth inductors, a current/voltage converting unit(32), an amplifier(34), an analog-to-digital converter(36) and a switch control unit(38) connected in serial between the resistance(R) and the switch unit, third and fourth switches(S3,S4) connected in parallel to first to fourth inductors, a seventh switch(S7) connected between the fourth switch and the resistance(R), a fifth switch(S5) connected between the first sustain voltage supply line(41) and the panel capacitor, a sixth switch(S6) connected between the second sustain voltage supply line(42) and the panel capacitor, and diodes(D1-D4) for limiting reverse current. |
