PURPOSE: A method for managing testament via a network is provided to store the information of the testament, and report the information to a predetermined successor when a testator died. CONSTITUTION: A testator accesses a sever via wired or wireless networks, and selects a testament request manu on a web page(S100). The server receives the testator information inputted by the testator, and stores it in the database(S110). The containment of a testament is selected on the web page displayed by the server(S120). The server searches the testator information inputted by the keeper of the testament in the database(S130). The server receives the information of the keeper and the successor inputted by the keeper, and links the received information to the searched information, and stores them in the database(S140). The server receives the information of a died person via a national administration network, and thereby determines if the testator died(S150). The server outputs the information of the keeper and the successor for the died testator to a management terminal(S160). |
