PURPOSE: Method for preparing a heath drink for unmarried women which contains calcium, red beet juice which is good for blood and intestinal movement, DNA, and taurine is provided. CONSTITUTION: A heath drink for unmarried women consists of water-soluble calcium 0.035wt.%, red beet juice 0.6wt.%, mixed solution 0.3wt.% of DNA, β-cyclodextrin and refined water(10ml:3g:500ml), taurine 0.1wt.%, vitamin D3 0.01wt.%, vitamin C 0.01wt.%, oligosaccharide 4.0wt.%, liquid fructose 3.0wt.%, citric acid 0.04wt.%, strawberry aroma 0.2wt.%, and refined water. Method for preparing the heath drink comprises the following steps: (i) a first step to cut red beet in 1/4-1/8, and extract with a juicer; (ii) a second step to add water-soluble calcium, red beet juice, taurin, vitamin D3, vitamin C, oligosaccharide, liquid fructose, and citric acid to refined water to prepare a basic solution; (iii) a third step to mix DNA, β-cyclodextrin and refined water in a ratio of 10ml : 3g : 500ml to prepare a mixed solution; (iv) a fourth step to mix the basic solution, mixed solution, strawberry aroma, and refined water, and stir for 30-40 min; (v) a fifth step to sterilize quickly at 87-95deg.C, and put in a container in a certain amount.
