GLASS TILES AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of glass tiles using glass as a main material is provided, which gives easy forming, reduced manufacturing cost and exterior beauty due to diverse prints on the tile. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: cutting a plate glass to an effective size of tile(10); smoothing a sharp edge of the tile; printing a diverse pattern(12) by silk printing, to be a backside of the tile, which is expressed on the outside through a glass(11); coating the patterned side, in which an irregularity(13a) is formed; heat-strengthening the tile by heating at 700°C for 10min.
