PURPOSE: A method for supplying low-charge services is provided to use an internet voice over internet protocol(VOIP) network to supply call services, even when subscribers receive calls. CONSTITUTION: More than one subscriber private line receives calls originated from subscribers. More than one subscriber call processing exchange transmits the received calls including a predetermined subscriber ID to a subscriber private line corresponding to the subscriber ID, and receives a call transmitted from the subscriber private line. More than one relay exchange receives calls transmitted from a predetermined subscriber call processing exchange and an internet voice over internet protocol(VOIP) network. If the received calls include predetermined service IDs, the more than relay exchange perceives subscriber IDs among incoming numbers of the received calls, and connects the received calls with a subscriber call processing exchange for managing the subscriber IDs. If the incoming numbers do not include the service IDs, the relay exchanges transmit the received calls to the internet VOIP network. A service ID processor receives the calls transmitted to the internet VOIP network from the relay exchanges and a public switched telephone network(PSTN), and perceives service IDs of incoming numbers of the received calls, then transmits the calls to the corresponding relay exchanges. An internet VOIP network ID processor receives calls originated from non-registered subscribers. If incoming numbers of the non-registered subscribers include an ID of the internet VOIP network, the internet VOIP network ID processor transmits the calls of the non-registered subscribers to the internet VOIP network.
