PURPOSE: A bid-type reauction method for construction and its service using the Internet is provided to for a business firm or a person that orders a construction and a construction technique service to save time and labor by shortening numerous processes in receiving an estimate from a service working company for a service or various constructions, and to receive estimates from at least five service working companies registered at a server system for one order sheet. CONSTITUTION: An ordering client logs in a server system to request an estimate (1). The server system provides the ordering client with information on an object, a working method and a general structure of the construction or the service (2). In case of requesting detailed information, it is judged what items to be selected (3).In case of inexperienced ordering client, he or she can judge an estimate of a construction or a service to be requested from viewing estimates (4). An estimate is requested by making an order sheet (5). When the service working company is connected to the server system to view the order request, makes an estimate and registers in the server system (6). The order client connects to the server system to log in and confirms the estimate provided by a plurality of service working firms (7). The ordering client checks the capability, records, equipment owning condition and credit (8). The ordering client compares the evaluation for the service working firm and the estimated amount and selects a firm and agree on a contract (9).
