PURPOSE: A method for preparing a decoration plate is provided, to make the decoration panel board not to be deformed when it is used as a case of an electronic apparatus and to block the electromagnetic wave. CONSTITUTION: The decoration plate is prepared by obtaining various color of wood sheets; mixing 10-20 wt% electromagnetic wave blocking material powder with an adhesive and coating it onto the firstly processed wood sheets; layering the wood sheets with bent angle with the reference point of a center and for the color of sheets not to overlap each other; hot pressing the layered sheets; cutting the hot pressed sheet in a suitable size; and carving the decoration design on the one side of the sheet.
