摘要 PURPOSE: A composition with high far infrared rays emissivity relieves pain like muscle pain, crick, numbness, car sickness, headache, has far infrared rays emissivity of 0.9 or higher, emit far infrared rays emissive energy almost similar to block body. CONSTITUTION: The composition with high far infrared rays emissivity is manufactured by the steps of: crushing ceramic material with powder state in grinder; the ceramic material is formed with 12-15weight% of aluminum oxide(Al2O3), 18-21weight% of silicon dioxide(SiO2), 7-10weight% of calcium oxide(CaO), 9-12weight% of magnesium oxide(MgO), 11-14weight% of iron oxide(Fe2O3), 10-13weight% of manganese oxide(MnO2), 4-6weight% of chromium oxide(Cr2O3), 3-5weight% of cobalt oxide(CoO), 6-9weight% of sodium oxide(Na2O), and 5-8weight% of titanium oxide(TiO2); mixing by adding olein acid and/or polyvinyl alcohol to the ceramic powder; compression molding after drying the mixture; first burning the molded product in the temperature of 1200-1300deg.C for 2 hours; second burning in the temperature of 900-1000deg.C for 2-3 hours.
