PURPOSE: A device for mixing cold and warm water for a washing machine is provided to improve productivity, to save costs and to avoid the decrease of consumer's preference on a product. CONSTITUTION: Cold and warm water flows in through a cold/warm water passage of a joining port(4) and mixes with warm water of a proper temperature in a joining passage. The mixed cold and warm water is supplied to a washing machine through a mixed water feed pipe(6). The washing machine requires only each one water feed valve and a mixed water feed pipe(6) to receive the warm and cold water simultaneously. Thereby, the processes of producing and assembling and the number of components are minimized. Additionally, the waste of fuel is avoided by shutting-off a warm water feed source and opening only a cold water feed source in summer. |
