PURPOSE: A method of discrimination identity is provided which is easy to discriminate identity without an exposure of a password. CONSTITUTION: The method of the discrimination identity, which is one of DNA typing methods, is characterized by comprising the steps of amplifying a Short Tandem Repeat (STR) locus using a PCR (polymerase chain reaction)and matching each base with a number of at least 1. The numerical base is applied to a bar code, a magnetic strip or a mini CD-ROM. A DNA nucleotide sequence for discriminating identity is represented by one or more selected from (a) a band resulted in an electrophoresis; (b) an alphabet letters representing each base such as A, G, C and T; (c) the number matched optionally with the base; and (d) the bar code. The method of the discrimination identity has wild application such as an ID card; an accessory such as a necklace, a bracelet and a hair band; a visiting card; a credit card; individual things such as a bag, a wallet, a key holder; and clothes.
