PURPOSE: Protecting device for crops or facilities from wild animal and birds using ultrasonic waves preserves fruit of fruit tree naturally and institution with original state to defend access of wild animals or birds by generating supersonic waves from supersonic waves converter, raises living income of farmhouse by preventing damage of crops, is smooth to fly in an airfield. CONSTITUTION: Protecting device for crops or facilities from wild animal and birds using ultrasonic waves comprises generator to make necessary frequency to revive ultrasonic waves in converter(2); the generator to transmit by generating frequency of 10-30kHz to converter(2); converter(2) to vibrate by frequency transmitted with electric wire(4) from the generator; diffusion part(3) to diffuse ultrasonic waves due to vibration, to be installed in the converter(2); the diffusion part(3) to be formed with hollow pipe or sheet of high alloy or stainless material to generate resonance well and to be fixed with the state of floating in the air; length of electric wire(4) between the generator and converter(2) is within 50m.
