PURPOSE: A system and method for managing a database for a plurality of goods transport business operators is provided to enable a user to input and output data in relation with the goods transport business operators, and process easily related tasks. CONSTITUTION: A method for managing a database storing a plurality of goods transport business operators comprises the steps of a user accessing a service system over the internet(301), the user logging in an account management system(302), selecting one form among overall goods transport business related input forms, for example, a paying-in slip, a paying-out slip or a statement of profit and loss(304), inputting the selected input form(305), the service system sending the input data to a database server(306), the database server outputting first process results, for example, a cash book, a daily/monthly sum table, a balance sheet(308), the database server transmitting the process results to the service system if the user requests them(309,310), the user requesting a higher level account information to the database server(312,313), the database server making second process data for example, a financial analysis or a profit analysis by comparison or pattern analysis of the first process results(314,315), and a consultant performing a management consulting by using the analysis data(317).
