FIBER GLASS REINFORCED PIPE WITH STEEL AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A fiber glass reinforced pipe with steel and a producing method thereof are provided to have excellent tension, shearing and pressure resistant intensities, corrosion resistance and processing characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A fiber glass reinforced pipe is wrapped by a hardened resin impregnated intensifying fiber. A grout injection pipe is made up by wrapping and heating a hardened resin impregnated filament(6a) outside the glass fiber intensified pipe(1b) in a filament winding shape. Grout injection pipes are in steel filling and inserting types. Herein, to produce the grout injection pipe, the glass fiber intensified pipe is displaced from a mandrel after heated and hardened. The intensified pipe is produced by trimming an end portion. The hardened resin impregnated filament is wrapped after bonding several strings of steel outside the fiber glass reinforced pipe radially or axially. Then, grout is filled in the reinforced pipe and cured.
