PURPOSE: An apparatus for driving a photo sensitive cell array panel is provided to change voltage for inactivating thin film transistors which switch the signals of photo sensitive cells on the photo sensitive cell array panel, according to an exposure amount of an invisible light, thereby changing leakage currents of the inactivated thin film transistors to make a dynamic range and a resolution of the panel have regular values regardless of changes of the exposure amount. CONSTITUTION: Many photo sensitive cells(PSCs) convert invisible lights into electrical signals. Many thin film transistors switch the electrical signals from the PSCs, respectively. A voltage generator(28) generates a voltage for inactivating the thin film transistors. A switch driver(22) inactivates the thin film transistors by using the voltage. A voltage controller(30) changes the voltage for being supplied to the switch driver(22) according to the amount of the invisible lights.
