LOW TEMPERATURE COFIRED CERAMIC MODULE CAPABLE OF A LATERAL MOUNTING AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A low temperature cofired ceramic module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable a lateral mounting to other circuitry substrates without input/output pins. CONSTITUTION: A low temperature cofired ceramic module(100) includes a substrate(110) and a stack member(130) formed on the substrate(110). The stack member(130) has a plurality of green tapes stacked therein. The stack member(130) further has one or more pads(151-154) disposed on one side thereof. The stack member(130) is composed of plural green tapes on which electrodes are printed respectively. The electrodes on one of the green tape are extended to one side of the stack member(130) and coated with the pads(151-154). Identical electrodes on each green tape are electrically connected with each other by via holes.
