PURPOSE: A construction facility maintenance system is provided to satisfy the construction employer's requests without any inconveniences, to be in exclusive charge of the facility, to fulfill preventive and responsible maintenance duties, to maintain the facility in its optimum state, and to present additional responsible facility maintenance contract fee. CONSTITUTION: A user inputs one's personal information(1). A maintenance system determines the user's qualification status, approves the user if there aren't any disqualification elements, and reports the registration result to the system. The system enables the facility owner to select desired maintenance areas and categories, and the facility owner confirms the contract conditions by making the selection(2). A contract fee is paid(3) and a contract is put in effect upon the reception of payment(4). The system reports the contract result to a facility owner and a facility maintainer. The facility maintainer conducts an on-site evaluation of the facility to evaluate its conditions(5) and prepares a blueprint that discloses a basic plan and a necessary materials list(6). A periodic maintenance session is applied to assess the maintenance schedule(7) and the maintainer makes periodic patrol maintenances on designated dates(8).
