PURPOSE: A die for press forming is provided to minimize work hardening, to increase drawing length and to prevent the insertion of scraps in a die during drawing. CONSTITUTION: An upper die(10) composed of an upper die(11) and an annular punch(12) is operated up and down. A lower die(20) is composed of an annular support unit(22) and a lower die(23) mounted on the inner face of an annular cutting die(21). A cylindrical subsidiary die(24) formed between the inner face of the support unit and the outer face of the lower die is operated up and down. A piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder(30a) is connected to the upper end of the upper die, and another piston rod of another hydraulic cylinder(30b) is connected onto the upper end of the punch by mounting a moving plate(40). The lower die is fixed on a working table(50) in a portion lower than the position of the cutting die. A trimming cutter(25) and a loading die(26) are mounted on the outer face of the lower die and the inner face of the support unit to be placed on the upper end of a subsidiary die(24).
