The machine has a belt (7), blades (8), cylinder (6) and cutting roller (8a) which together form a module. The pastry-dough outlet and cutting roller (8a) feed an intermittently-operated conveyer belt (9) which discharges to the drum (5a) inlet. The machine has a shaping drum (5a) with a number of peripheral recesses into which the dough or pastry migrates, where it is worked by a restraining belt. The portioned and worked dough or pasty is discharged tangentially. The drum (5a) is fed by a pastry-dough conveyer belt (7) via rotating cutter blades (8) with a cylinder (6).
