<p>If there is always a difference in length between a reference signal and a vertical synchronizing signal, write and read in and from a shuffling memory are asynchronous, and this causes overwrite or mixing of data. Therefore, a memory for three frames is used as the shuffling memory to perform a shuffling processing without mixing the data.</p> |
