PURPOSE: An apparatus for producing powder-typed fertilizer using waste food is provided to prevent a soil or water pollution and produce a nutritious fertilizer rapidly by heating for drying, removing salt and sterilizing, and mixing with a nutrient. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises the parts of: a main body; a supply part(200) having a transport screw(220) for carrying waste food poured from an inlet(211) to a grind part; a grind part(300) comprising a transport screw(312), a grinding container(320) and a grinding roller(330) for grinding waste food by a knife-shaped spiral steel wire(321, 331), and an exhausting container(340), which the ground waste food through a rotational wheel(341) is exhausted to; a mixing part where the waste food powder is mixed with an additive such as nutrient; a heating part, a heater lied on a lower part of a mixing container, for heating the above mixed powder to about 400°C, resulting in water and salt-eliminated, and sterilized fertilizer powder. |
