<p>Materials are fed from a tank (18) to a gauging unit (22) with a gauging chamber (58). The gauging unit is set up to feed the materials measured out to a primary spreader (26). In order to be able to monitor the function of the gauging unit, a sensor (70) is fitted to detect the through-flow of materials upstream from the primary manure or seed spreader. The sensor is optical and fitted in an inlet (56) and/or an outlet (64) channel in the gauging unit.</p> |
