The invention concerns a torque sensor for determining the torque exerted on an assembly comprising a part generating magnetic pulses, said sensor comprising a plurality of aligned sensing elements divided into at least two subassemblies, the signals derived from said subassemblies being processed by an electronic circuit capable of delivering an analog signal function of the torque exerted. The invention also concerns a method for processing the signals derived from said sensor.
