PURPOSE: A battery balancing apparatus in power supply is provided to stably supply load with power corresponding to a rating voltage by using the balancer. CONSTITUTION: A battery balancing apparatus in power supply includes a generator(10) for supplying electric devices with power if electric power amount is much more than load amount, a first and a second battery(B1,B2) connected to the generator in series for charging the electric power amount and discharging the charged electric power amount to loads, the loads for receiving the electric power amount and the discharge voltage from the generator(10) and the first and second batteries, and a balancer(20) connected between the generator(10) and the first and second batteries in parallel for converting the electric power amount supplied from the generator(10) to a predetermined voltage corresponding to the loads amount.
