A system for selling and producing comprehensive business valuations on-line comprises a transaction engine that sells a business valuation and an interface engine that collects quantitative and qualitative data for use in valuing the business. The data collected, along with information from various databases, is linked to a report generating system that automatically produces much of the text required to perform the analysis and assign a value to a company. |
