A biological analysis support comprising reservoir(s) for a medium to be analyzed connected by passage(s) to a test strip with analysis sites fitted with biological probes and temperature control device(s) arranged along the passage(s), is new. An Independent claim is also included for manufacturing the new support comprising forming resistive heaters in a region on one face of a main substrate, forming the analysis sites on the same face but outside this region and applying a cap defining the reservoir to the first face.
