<p>The battery can be used for electric traction in motor vehicles with starter ignition, electric motor-cars and electric forklift trucks. It has small internal resistance allowing the increase of the charging and discharging current as a result of which the time for its charging is reduced multiply. The battery includes lead plates fitted in the grooves of a box and is airtight. On the left side of the first plate and on the right side of the last plate the respective output terminals are mounted. On the internal walls of the first and the last plate and on both sides of all the remaining plates seats are formed in which, on the right side of each plate a positive active mass is fitted, and on their left side - negative active mass. Between every two plates a cell with a positive and a negative plate is formed between which a porous insulation separator sheet is fitted. The shortest path covered by the electron flow between every midpoint of the positive and the negative plate in charging and discharging is exceptionally small. 1 claim, 2 figures</p> |
