Device has piston in cylinder filled with air acted upon by lever effect of movable weight, thus applying pressure and heating air. Counter pressure produced in response to pressure is dependent on temp. higher the temperature, higher the pressure. Derived heat and cold are based on law of energy conservation. Conventional arrangement of turbine with heat exchanger can be used.
