The invention discloses an extract of the leaves of Cajanus Cajan(L.) Millsp and a process for the preparation of them. The invention also discloses the new uses of the leaves of Cajanus Cajan(L.) Millsp and their extract, i.e. the uses for the preparation of medicaments for the treatment of ischemic necrosis of caput femoris and osteoporosis, for improvement index of hermorheology, for anti-inflammatory and analagecization, for enhancement immune function and for the treatment of coronary heart disease angina, fracture, cerebral infarction, decubitus, infectious wound and infectious wound of open fracture.
