CONSTRUCTION BRICK FORMED OF AN EXTERNAL EXPANDED POLYSTYRENE BOX AND A POLYSTYRENE-LIGHTENED CONCRETE CORE

Building brick or block comprised of an external carcass of insulating expanded polystyrene and a ribbed and holed interior to be field within resistant mass concrete which, in turn, can be lightened by means of air bubbles, natural cork or expanded polystyrene mixed with the concrete mass. This concrete is cast or injected inside the alveolus of which the shapes are designed to obtain the maximum resistance values and thereby use the brick as a load-bearing wall, as an external façade or as an interior partition wall in houses or buildings. The injection or casting of the concrete takes place exclusively in the fabrication plant, the concrete has already set when the brick arrives to the work site.
