The novelty is in the fact that for introduction of the tampon in the organ cavity use is made of a capsule (mainly disposable) attached to the internal tube. The capsule is extracted from the organism by a return motion of the internal tube, and the pusher retains the tampon in place providing for its placement in the organ cavity.
