PURPOSE:To obtain a surface-coated reflecting mirror capable of preventing pitting and excellent in film adhesion, corrosion resistance, durability and optical characteristic. CONSTITUTION:This reflecting mirror is obtained by forming a first substrate layer 2a of silicon dioxide, a second substrate layer 3a, a reflecting layer 4a of silver and protective layers 5a, 6a, 7a and 8a on a resin substrate 1a in this order. |
