PURPOSE:To enable control and stabilization of a unit volume weight, etc., of a produced underwater lightweight soil mortar material to prescribed values. CONSTITUTION:The aforementioned underwater lightweight soil mortar material is a lightweight soil mortar material containing mud water, a cement-based solidifying material, a foaming agent and a viscosity improver as principal components. At least the mud water and viscosity improver in the above- mentioned principal components are stirred to a prescribed extent to form an intermediate mixture. A foaming agent alone or, together with a solidifying material, is mixed in the aforementioned intermediate mixture to stir and homogenize the mixture. |
