The device comprises an actuating arm shaped plate (F) which exerts a rotation on the plate (A), via an intermediate axis (K). The plate (A) slows down due to damping by springs, until control finger comes into contact with the limit setting contacts, and stops the rotation of the plate (A), which is driven by electric motor.
