A pair of push buttons (11, 12) are provided in a body (3) to be slidable laterally of a length of an ornament (2), an arm of one (11) of the push buttons forms an upper arm portion (15) which accounts for an upper half of a thickness of the push button, and an arm of the other (12) of the push buttons forms a lower arm portion (16) which accounts for a lower half of the thickness of the push button. The upper and lower arm portions are overlapped on each other, and springs (13) are provided for outwardly biasing the push buttons, respectively. Provided on an underside of a front plate (4) is an engaging pin (21) adapted to engage with engaging portions (20, 20c) of the push buttons. When a center binding metal (1) is in joined condition, a connection shaft (23a) of a connection rod (23) at an end of the ornament is interposed between the front plate and the center binding metal body locked with each other. When the both push buttons are depressed, the engaging portions of the push buttons are disengaged from the engaging pin on the front plate to release the front plate whereby the connection rod can be disengaged from the center binding metal body. <IMAGE> |
