Analyzer has two or more measurement gates (1,2) and two measurement branches (Z1,Z2) with four gates (R1,R2) and corresponding measurement positions (M1-M4). Each measurement gate has its own high frequency signal generator (G1,G2) with the high frequency signals (f1,f2) being distinguishable from each other and being applied simultaneously to the same measurement position. The high frequency signals have different modulation and the signal frequencies (f1,f2) are also different.
