The invention relates to a holding device, comprising a stand having gripping means (6) for detachable holding of an object, e.g. a bicycle, as well as a fastener (5) for fastening of the stand on a suitable carrier. The stand comprises three separate, partable members, viz. an inner member (2) which comprises a first box profile (8) to which the fastener (5) is united, an intermediate member (3) which is composed of two second and third box profiles (9, 10) extending at an angle to each other, and an outer member (4), including a fourth box profile (11) to which said gripping means (6) is connected. The inner member (2) may also include a fifth box profile (12). Said box profiles are rigidly connectable with each other in pairs in a number of angle positions corresponding to the number of walls in respective box profiles. In this way, the position of the gripping means (6) in the room may be varied in a flexible way. |
