PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the miniaturization and cost reduction of a driving power source which amplifiers a control signal for controlling the opening and closing of a switch. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a power source circuit 4 as the power source of a driving circuit 2 which is constituted of a capacitor 41 serially connected with the snubber circuit 3 connected in parallel with a switch 1 to be charged only in one direction with currents running through a snubber circuit 3, a Zener diode 42 connected in parallel with the capacitor 41, and an impedance element 43 for connecting the capacitor 41 with the driving circuit 2. Then, a power is supplied to the driving circuit 2 by the power source circuit 4.
