PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of molten metal from a nozzle touching surface and the back flow of the molten metal to a cylinder side and to improve the safety and the producing stability by detecting the temp. of a sprue bush in a die and stopping the injecting movement when the raising amount of the temp. per unit time becomes not less than the preset value before the injection. SOLUTION: Thermocouples 3, 6 are disposed to the sprue bush 5 and/or a nozzle 1 in the die to detect the temps. of the sprue bush 5 and/or the nozzle 1. When the temp. of the sprue bush 5 quickly raises before the injection, it is judged that the molten metal flows into the die, and injecting movement is stopped. When the temp. of the nozzle 1 quickly drops before the injection, it is judged that the molten metal leaks from the nozzle 1 and the injecting movement is stored. In the case of setting the thermocouples 3, 6 to near a runner, since the good sensibility is obtd., this is desirable. In the case of being a shifting formation, it is desirable to measure the temp. change at a fixed time after again pushing the nozzle 1 to the die.
