PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to use a sight-seeing guiding device capable of knowing the present location by utilizing GPS(global positioning system) for a visually handicapped person or a person inconvenient in conversation. SOLUTION: A display 4 is disposed on the front part of the GP sight-seeing guiding device 2 and a voice outputting device 6 which outputs conversations, which is preliminarily stored in a voice, is disposed in the vicinity of the display 4. The conversations which are preliminarily stored in the storage part with respect to 'greetings', 'elementary conversations', 'troubles' and the like are outputted by voice. At this time, the output state is displayed at the lower part of the display 4. It can be selected in such a manner that the conversations are outputted, for example, in either one of the Japanese language and the English language by selecting the items of 'Japanese laguage' or 'English language'. Further, in the vicinity of the display 4 in the front part of the sight-seeing guiding device 2, a detachable direction indicating means 10 is disposed and, thereby, the sight-seeing guiding device can be made to be a vibration transmitting type or a lightening or flashing display type by means of a lamp.
