PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove brain sticking around rice grains economically and efficiently. SOLUTION: This rice milling device is structured of an outer cylinder 1, a mesh cylinder 2 arranged in the outer cylinder 1 and a rotary drum 3 arranged in the mesh cylinder 2. In addition, the outer cylinder 1 has a charge opening 4 for charging rice grains with sticking bran before milling and an air feed aperture 7 for feeding compressed air. The rice grains not yet passing through the milling process after being charged through the charge opening 4 are transferred using the rotary drum 3. Further, a helical plate 9 is attached around the drum 3 and a cutter is installed in such a state to jut out from the feed face of the helical plate 9. The mesh cylinder 2 arranged on the circumference of the drum 3 is made up of a mesh element.
