PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan that can be fixed in a fully open state by simply inserting an eyelet therein, and pressing it. SOLUTION: This fan is provided with three fan blades 1, and in a b-blade 12 located in the middle of the three, a depression hole 8 shaped like fans at its top and bottom and punched out in a circular form at its center is punched in the center of the lower part. A fixing piece 3 and a circumferential piece 4 are cut in the periphery of a pivoting hole 2 punched in the center of the lower portion of each a-blade 11 and c-blade 13 which sandwich the b-blade 12 from in front and behind, and an eyelet is fitted into the pivoting holes 2 to cause the fixing piece 3 and the circumferential piece 4 to sink into the depression hole 8. As the fan blades 1 are opened, an edge 10 collides against the hole edge 7 of the depression hole 8 to fix the fan in a full open state.
