LIFTING DEVICE FOR INSTALLING ELEVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting device for installing an elevator capable of being attached to a landing easily and pulling a cargo to be hoisted in safely onto a landing side even if the cargo is hoisted to a position away in a hoistway and being convenient for transportation because it is lightweight. SOLUTION: A pair of one-end opened square members 32 in a fixed part 3 are fitted in a side wall 2 of a landing 9 at the uppermost story and are tightened and fixed on the side wall 2 by turning a handle of a tightening member 33 screw-fitted in them. After a length of protrusion of a turn arm part 4 from a main beam 43 of a slide beam 44 is adjusted properly, the turn arm part 4 supported in the fixed part 3 so as to turn freely is turned to face the inside of a hoistway, and an operation panel 61 of a lifting machine 6 attached to a hoisting point 5 provided in its tip part is operated to hoist a cargo 8 to be hoisted which is suspended on a hoisting rope 7 up to a height of a desired story floor. The cargo 8 is pulled into a landing at a desired story floor by reeling and drawing a pulling rope tightened at the hoisting point 5 manually.
