PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a mold having excellent designing accuracy, to facilitate a correction when a flash occurrs, and to further efficiently manufacture the mold by mainly passing a connecting line in the case of combining with a casting mold constituting block through interiors of thick grooves for constituting a tire design, and minimizing number of times of traversing a fine rib. SOLUTION: A connecting line 32 in the case of combining with a casting mold constituting block 30 is mainly passed through thick grooves 9, 10 for constituting a tire design and number of times of traversing a fine rib 12 by the line 32 is minimized. Then, as long as the line 32 can pass the interiors of the grooves 9, 10, the line 32 is passed through the grooves 9, 10, and detoured at the rib 12 as much as possible. Flashes are mainly generated at protruding portions corresponding to the grooves 9. 10. Thus, a production efficiency of the mold can be remarkably improved, corrections of the flashes generated mainly at the portions corresponding to the grooves 9, 10 are facilitated, and further a design accuracy of the tire can be improved.
