<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve part operating means and a water quantity adjusting means in a single operation part. SOLUTION: Cleaning water quantity sprayed from a nozzle can be freely adjusted by a moving position of a movable operation part 8 when the operation part 8 is at a position to open a valve part 6. As the operation part 8 is positioned at a position to close the valve part 6, where detection of seating is continued after the seating is detected by an optical seating detection means 4, the valve part 6 can be controlled to be opened by moving the operation part 8 from the valve part closing position to the valve part opening position. As the operation part 8 is positioned at the valve part opening position, where seating is detected by the optical seating detection means 4, the valve part 6 can be controlled not to be opened. As the operation part 8 is positioned at the valve part opening position, where detection of seating is continued after the seating is detected by the optical seating detection means 4, the valve part 6 is controlled to be opened by returning the operation part 8 to the valve part closing position, and then moving it to the valve part opening position.</p> |
