PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a precise output by a first output channel supplying a filter, which supplies a given offset voltage by a given resolution, with a digital expression of an analog input signal and a second output channel improving the resolution of this channel supplying the filter with the digital expression of the analog signal. SOLUTION: A current output by a first output channel 211-1 is supplied by way of a current output node 266, is converted by a resistor R7 246 arranged in a pole F3 248 and returned to a voltage. In order to apply a fine tuning to a bipolar original point offset at the first output channel 211-1, a second output channel 211-2 is added to the first output channel 211-1. An output by the second output channel 211-2 is supplied to a non-inverting input 227 of an op-amp 237 through a resistor R9 219, a capacitor C4 226 and a resistor R10 224 by way of a connection part.
