PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cornoid lamella remover comprising a synthetic polymer compound with salt-forming group(s). SOLUTION: This cornoid lamella remover is obtained by including a high- molecular compound as a synthetic polymer compound having salt-forming group(s) excluding that obtained by polymerizing a (meth)acrylic ester or (meth) acrylamide each with a quaternarized dialkylamino group; wherein the salt- forming group is at least one kind of group selected from carboxy group, sulfonate residue, sulfate residue, phosphate residue, nitrate residue, amino group and ammonium group. |
