PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely supply pachinko balls to a ball pay-out device without clogging the balls. SOLUTION: In this pachinko game machine provided with a mechanism plate 5 attached so as to cover the back surface of a game panel, a ball tank 8 mounted at the upper part of the mechanism plate 5 and a ball guiding gutter 9 communicated to a ball lead-out port 16 formed at the downstream end of the bottom wall 15 of the ball tank 8 for aligning the pachinko balls and leading them to the ball pay-out device, the ball guiding gutter 9 is formed of side walls 17 and 18 and the bottom wall 19 and the side walls 17 and 18 are made to face the ball lead-out port 16 of the ball tank 8.
