PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle garbage as organic compost and to make living wastewater pollution-free by installing a receiver for a garbage residue freely attachably/ detachably just under a sink and in-line-treating the residue from which water was separated in the receiver. SOLUTION: A slide guide pipe 7 is fixed to the bottom part of a sink 1, and a residue receiver 15 which is closed by a lid 13 moved vertically by operating a handle 14 is installed below the pipe 7. In this process, the receiver 15 is mounted freely steerably on an upper frame 23 which ascends/descends freely through a pantograph link 28. When the garbage as a food material residue is introduced into the receiver 15 together with washing water, water is separated by a filter 18, and the garbage residue is stored in the receiver 15. The separated water is sent to a grease trap sewage purifier by way of an automatic valve 19 and the like, and organic putrefaction, oil and fat components, and the like, are purified. The residue is aged and taken out as organic compost.
