PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the mountable area of a mounting part on a wiring board and miniaturize a device by providing a socket having one shield member connected to a shield pattern on one wiring board and also connected to a shield cover and a plug having the other shield member connected to the other wiring board in the same manner. SOLUTION: When a socket 4 provided on one wiring board 1 is fitted to a plug 5 provided on the other wiring board 2 in a stacking connector 7, the recessed part of the socket 4 and the stepped part of the plug 5 in a prescribed position are mutually fitted to determine the relative positions. One shield member 4s is butted to the other shield member 5s, the protruding part 4st of the one shield member 4s is fitted to the recessed part 5sa of the other shield member 5s to more effectively shield electromagnetic waves, and the space divided by the shield structure formed of the one shield member 4s and the other shield member 5s is thus electromagnetically shielded.
