PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lenticular lens which is resistance to flawing even if the lens surface is rubbed and is excellent in processability. SOLUTION: The lenticular lens 1 is formed by providing an light incident side surface part 3 and/or a light exit side surface part 4 with a resin layer having high scratching resistance, thereby, the lenticular lens having resistance to flawing even if its surface is rubbed and having excellent processability may be obtained. Further, the process for producing the lenticular lens 1 consists of forming the resin layer having high scratching resistance by extrusion molding or laminating on the light incident side surface part 3 and/or the light exit side surface part 4. The lenticular lens 1 which is resistant to flawing in spite of the rubbing of the lens surface and is excellent in the processability may be easily produced.
